We specialise in providing high level fitness coaching to professionals and fitness enthusiasts. We are with you explaining the techniques, coaching you throughout the stages of your fitness transformation journey. We lead by example by training and educating ourselves in becoming better everyday.


Daniel Chan

Daniel has 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. He is certified in Management of sports injuries, rehab/injury prevention training, Manual therapy & Basic sports massage. He has achieved the GymnasticBodies trainer certification and co-facilitated the GB Level-One Seminars.


Bruce Dierl

Bruce has 20+ years of experience in various disciplines (wushu 8 years, muay thai 6 years, handbalancing 8 years, gymnastics 5 years). He is certified as a level 1 FIG (Men's Artistic Gymnastics) coach and coaches competitive gymnastics.


Jay Ding

Been with GB Singapore since the day it open. Starting gymnastics as an adult gives him insight to the mental and physical constraint of an adult aspiring to learn gymnastics. A certified gymnastics coach under Singapore Gymnastics (SG).


Gregory Gan

Gregory is Singapore's ex National gymnast who started training when he was 6. Yet, he recognises coaching others requires catering to their needs and goals, whilst ensuring their safety.


Ryan Wong

Ryan has been a fitness teacher for over 10 years, starting with yoga. He loves being a part of someone’s fitness journey, and a part of their one or two hours a day where they come for class to forget the stresses of their day. He relishes the joy in sharing that with them, and seeing them improve from week to week.


Tay Zhi Qian

Zhi Qian is a movement enthusiast who is always eager to learn, and willing to share his knowledge with others. Inspired by his peers, he aspires to be an outstanding teacher one day, and help others move to the best of their capabilities.
