Gym Membership That Is Right For You
The choice of gym membership can make a difference in your practice to maximise your potential.
Gymnastic strength training requires consistency to achieve results. The optimal practice is to attend classes at least 2-3 times per week.
However, professionals have different lifestyles and will need different options.
Aside time commitment, your choice will depend on your current fitness level, any persistent injury and goals.
When you see photos or videos on Facebook or Instagram of our members performing inspiring gymnastic skills, do note they have spent time building a strong and solid foundation. This is crucial to longevity in training and to minimise injuries which can set a person back many months.
Longer term membership options for unlimited group classes:
- 6 months @$2,280 inclusive of 2 PT sessions or
- 12 months @$4,200 inclusive of 6 PT sessions
