It encompasses the entire development of the body, what's needed to improve physical performance.

High Volume

With fitness conditioning, volume is an important element to consider. It's how much you do, e.g. the number of reps in an exercise. Higher volume work will enhance cardiovascular fitness and improve strength and endurance. Expect a non stop class!


Circuit Training

The Burn class is programmed with a set of exercises that target the upper body, core and lower body, using gymnastic strength training exercises. It's a fast paced workout but not at the expense of quality.
